LONDON  –  Cher is reportedly set for a seven-episode Netflix series. According to The Sun, the legendary singer and actress has almost agreed to share her life story in the tell-all series. The Netflix series, Sharing Her Story, will be released in 2026 alongside the second part of her memoir. The source told the outlet, “Cher has been in talks with Netflix for months and, finally, the deal is as good as done.”  Adding, “They have agreed to a seven-part series which will delve into the highs and lows of her life.” Moreover, as per the insider, the project is said to be “worth £13million” and is “tentatively called Sharing Her Story — with the pun fully intended.” It is pertinent to mention that this comes after Cher released the first part of her memoir with HarperCollins in November 2024. In the memoir, the icon, 79, spilled on her upbringing and challenges of abusive marriage to Sonny Bono. As per the Believer hitmaker, she has “lived too long and done too much,” which made it difficult to include all the details and single book. Hence, the publisher decided to split memoir into two parts. Besides, Cher’s second part of memoir and Netflix series, Sharing Her Story, coming out in 2026, there has also been reports of the Mermaids star making her return in Worthy Farm in 2027.
